    I map learning journeys that take people from where they are to where they need to be, with clear outcomes at every stage.

    I work with your subject matter experts to synthesise knowledge, create scenario-based designs, and write content that respects your learners' time and intelligence.

    • How do visuals guide attention? 

    • How does copy create clarity?

    • How do scenarios create practice opportunities?

     

    Every design decision either supports the learning or it doesn't.

     

    Making use of scenario-based questions and interactive elements keep the learner engaged in the learning process. 

    I make use of visual assests (photography, illustration, video), layout and spacing to help learners with overwhelm and cognitive load, which in turn helps retention. 

     

    In terms of outcomes I can design for desktop or mobile-first microlearning. I build with accessibility and engagement in mind.

Good design helps good learning and good learning is an experience not a content dump .
